Sensei, Jerry Sample

Mr. Sample is Owner and Director of the S. R. K. Academy. He began his Karate training under Sensei Tim Andriesen San-dan (3rd degree) of Monticello in 1986. Sensei Sample now holds the rank of Yon-dan (4th degree) black belt. He has been priviledged and honored to have studied and trained with Shorin-Ryu Master J. Vinson and Sensei Stephen St. Pierre of Indianapolis, 6th degree Black Belt in the Chaun Fa system.

Mr Sample is a three time Illinois State Karate, Kumite and Kata Champion plus 1996 W. M. A. C. KATA WORLD CHAMPION. He looks foward to sharing his karate knowledge, his time and his dojo with you and your family!
